We ship to the U.S. only, and charge $1.49 for standard shipping, per book.  The only exception pertains to abnormally sized and weighted publications, which tend to be Bible reference works, commentaries, and academic text books; shipping rates for these items are applied accordingly through the USPS.  Please allow one business day to process your order.  You will receive your order in 2-8 business days.
