View an order

To view your order history, click on My Account, Login, and select “Orders” from the menu on the left side of your dashboard screen. Click an order number to see complete details of your order.

Add or delete a credit card

To add a credit card, click on My Account, Login, and select “Payment methods” from the menu on the left side of your dashboard screen. To add a card, click the “Add payment method” button. You may also delete a card by clicking the “Delete” button to the right of the specified card.

Edit your billing or shipping address

To edit your billing or shipping address, click on My Account, Login, and select “Addresses” from the menu on the left side of the screen. From here you can edit your billing or shipping address.

Change your email address

To change the email address on your account, click on My Account, Login, and select “Account details” from the menu on the left side of the screen. Enter your new email address and click the “Save changes” button. The new email address will become the login email address the next time you visit the website.

Change your password

To change the password on your account, click on My Account, Login, and select “Account details” from the menu on the left side of the screen. Enter your new password and confirm new password, then click the “Save changes” button. The new password will become the login password the next time you visit the website.

Shipping

What are your shipping rates?

We ship to the U.S. only at this time, and include a shipping charge of $4.13 on each order, which is the minimum amount of shipping we pay on every order, using USPS Media Mail. Media Mail is the lowest rate, and we never charge for shipping beyond $4.13 in the event you are purchasing multiple books in a single order.

Abnormally sized and weighted publications, which tend to be Bibles, Bible reference works, commentaries, and academic text books, require additional shipping, which is reflected in book pricing.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow one business day to process your order. You will receive your order in 2-8 business days.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We ship to the U.S. only at this time.

Shipping Method

All shipments are sent via USPS Media Mail.

Alaska & Hawaii

Please allow additional delivery time for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii. In some circumstances delivery time can take as long as 30 days.

Can I get free shipping for multiple books?

You will not be charged more than the initial $4.13 for shipping.  In essence, any additional books you purchase will not have a shipping fee as long as they are in the same order.
